I offer personalised yoga classes for the office workers to maintain a healthy body and mind.

CHAIR YOGA (work clothes): 20 – 30 minutes.

Classes combine gentle movement on the chair, breathing exercises and guided meditation that change weekly.

YOGA on your mat (gym clothes): 30 - 45 minutes.

Classes combine gentle movement on your mat, breathing exercises and guided meditation that change weekly.

Yoga classes are designed to meet specific needs, for example:

▶MORNING yoga class:

Stretch out any morning stiffness, boosting energy for the day ahead.

▶LUNCHTIME/MID AFTERNOON yoga class:

Reset mind and body after the morning’s challenges and boost your energy, so you get the most from the afternoon.

As each clients requirements are different, therefore classes can be organised weekly at specific day and time depending on your needs.
